OVERVIEW
Our cancellation and refund policy is subject to purchase subject to individual products or services as explained further. To be eligible for a cancellation and return thereafter, your should fulfil the conditions mentioned for different products or services mentioned as below.
1. Offline/Classroom Training Programs by Intudo
The training programs by Intudo are eligible for a cancellation and refund as below:

2. Online Training Programs by Intudo

Within 2 days of purchase, provided the course has not been activated/started | Refund after deduction of Cancellation Charges, Handling Charges, Administrative, and Out of Pocket Expenses, if any. |
After 2 days of purchase | Not eligible for cancellation or refund |
3.Online Training Programs by other learning providers
The cancellation of programs by other learning providers is solely dependent on the cancellation and refund policies and the discretion of the respective learning providers. The buyer would need to follow up directly with their learning provider for any cancellation or refunds. In special cases (as deemed by the learning provider), the cancellation and refund may be approved as below-

4. Exams and Certification Vouchers, Practice Tests
Not eligible for cancellation or refund once purchased.
Refund timelines
Eligible refunds for Offline/Classroom Training Programs by Intudo and Online Training Programs by Intudo are processed within 5 to 7 working days and are returned to the original method of payment/customer account.
Eligible refunds from Online Training Programs by other learning providers are processed within 5 to 7 days after the refund is completed from the training provider and are returned to the original method of payment/customer account.
International refunds for the eligible cases mentioned above are returned to the customer bank account via remittance and are subject to deduction of handling charges/remittance charges/intermediary bank fees/any other fees out of control of Intudo. The international refunds are credited to customer’s bank account within 10 to 15 days of the refund transaction.
